Casey is a Texas born and raised Speech-Language Pathologist, educator, mentor, and leader. Over the past 8 years, Casey has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, all of which have driven her interest for improving the lives of those navigating the world of dysphagia. Casey is the owner of TexScope LLC, a mobile FEES company that services Texas and Oklahoma. Casey is also employed by HCA Healthcare where she has led the NICU's therapy team and therapy initiatives. Casey is an avid advocate for fragile infants that require hospitalization in the NICU and realizes that family-centered care is vital for best developmental outcomes and family well-being. She is a frequent guest lecturer at Speech-Language Pathology graduate programs across the country, with her lectures focusing on dysphagia management in the NICU as well as the world of endoscopy.
