Karin "Ca-REEN" Hartunian Koukeyan, MS, CCC-SLP, is the owner of SpeechFit, A SLP Corporation, a solo practice offering clinical, corporate, and consulting services. With over 20 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, she has worked in various settings, including schools, home health, outpatient clinics, early intervention, and private practice. Karin began working in telepractice in 2010, during a time when its effectiveness was still met with skepticism. She has excelled in this modality for nearly fifteen years, taking on leadership roles in special education and allied healthcare. Her professional passions include content creation, conference presentations, publishing, webinars, and specialized program development. A dedicated advocate for speech-language pathology and telehealth services, Karin champions their importance at the local, state, and federal levels. She is currently serving as the Associate Coordinator for the ASHA SIG 18 Coordinating Committee for the 2023–2025 term.
